Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods and Licenses

Licenseio is an authorized provider of digital software licenses (including cPanel, Microsoft, DirectAdmin, etc.). Due to the digital nature of these products, keys and licenses are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once a license is provisioned and activated on the partner's network, it is generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We issue refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If our system fails to deliver your license key or activate your IP within 24 hours of payment.
  • Invalid License: If the license provided is definitively proven to be invalid or non-functional, and our 24/7 technical support is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for a single order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after a license key has been viewed or an IP has been activated.
  • Incompatibility issues due to failing to verify server requirements before purchase.
  • Accounts terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or our partners' EULA.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket in your Client Area or email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number, license details, and the reason for your request. Our billing team will review and process eligible refunds to the original payment method (e.g., via Stripe) within 5-7 business days.
